Thursday Evening Trail Ride, D27 (EM)
About this event
We're trying the usual Friday evening ride on Thursday this week.
We will head up the trail from Gold River to Beals point and back. Each week we will alternate going up the South side (easier) or the North (a li'l more climbing). The North side includes climbing up to Beals Point then Folsom Lake Crossing. South side days have some rollers leading up to the Johnny Cash bridge / trail, and a nice descent down Folsom Lake Crossing.
This is a fast paced, no sweep ride. We will ride approximately 17-20 mph on the flats, with a few designated regroups. Bring a light for the return.
