Weather.com shows a significant chance of rain in the Folsom area between 9:00 a.m. and noon. The ride is cancelled.

My apologies for missing your email. After I cancelled the ride I went back to bed.

Of course, the rain that was predicted didn't come. With rain so hard to come by that seems about right.
