Pie ride to Apple Hill B37 (GK)
About this event
The ride will take us from the town of El Dorado to Apple Hill via the El Dorado Trail. The rest stop is at Drew Bean Farm in Apple Hill, "known for their award-winning pies." We visited this destination in 2023 and we had a very good experience.
I don't plan to print many route sheets, so you are encouraged to print and bring your own copy, in case I am pleasantly surprised and many of you show up.
Additional instructions for the ride start location at 4500 Oriental St, El Dorado: The GPS will direct you from Sacramento into the town of El Dorado via Highway 50 and Pleasant Valley Road. Turn left onto Oriental Street at the “Welcome to El Dorado” sign. Stay to the left at the Y and follow the gravel road. At the T, turn left to the parking lot.
