We begin today's bike ride through the old town of Lamego, famous pilgrimage site south of the Douro Valley. Lamego was elevated to a bishopric in the 7th century and flourished in the 18th century when the wine trade gained momentum. Prepare yourself for a magnificent view of the city and the Douro Valley! We will enjoy a stunning panoramic route to Peso da Régua, where the ship awaits.
