Monday's Coffee Republic Ride

Let's get some cycling in before the rain begins later this week! There is hope for a less foggy ride tomorrow! It's forecast to transition from "foggy" to "cloudy" and "mostly cloudy" during our ride. Temps are chilly, so do bundle up, but we can warm-up and enjoy hot tea, coffee, or chocolate at Coffee Republic (or Julian's) before venturing back. I hope you can join us! (I'll be sweeping the short route.)

7 a.m. UPDATE - MONDAY MORNING: The forecast now has "fog" until the 11 - 12 o'clock hour. KCRA said the fog wasn't affecting the commute, it wasn't as dense as it had been, it will burn off, but we will still have cloudy skies. We live in El Dorado Hills near the Folsom/Green Valley Rd. border at about 700 ft elevation. We have fog with some lingering dampness this morning, but it is not "drippy wet," and visibility is decent. However, I don't know what it is like at lower elevations.

The above being noted, Bill and I will be at the ride start, hope for the best, and adjust plans if needed.
