Just a reminder that tomorrow, Friday Nov 15th, is our Turkey Drive for the Sacramento Food Bank.
There are two ride starts this year: 10:30am at Gold River and 11:00am at Five Points.
Bring frozen turkeys or cash to the ride start to donate. No matter what ride start you choose, come early to drop off your turkey or cash. The ride leaders will be at the ride start rain or shine. We're keeping our fingers crossed that the weather cooperates.
We will join the two groups at William Pond park and ride to the Cal Expos Main Gate Loop which is where the Food Bank is collecting our donations.
Plan to wear your Bike Hiker jersey/jacket and smile for the camera. Hopefully we can get some news coverage.
There will be an optional Lunch at Rock & Brew on the corner of Exposition and Ethan Way after the turkey drop.
