Just the other day I discovered that the interface seen by anyone viewing a ride description page via the Event Calendar had recently been overhauled. As a result, tasks such as viewing the list of registrants, registering and canceling a registration are now more complicated. I am still being notified by E-mail when a registration occurs, but I have to go through multiple steps to view the list of registrants. Also I've had reports that users are unable to view the registrant list, and the process of canceling a registration is unclear.
When *I* see the registrant list, I'm presented with 10 columns of data, one of which displays four maintenance buttons. Among those four is one labeled "Cancel"--which I assume is used to remove a registrant. But I don't know if others see that or if only the ride leader can.
If the registrant *can* see a Cancel button, I suppose that's what a rider uses to cancel the registration--but until the procedures required by the new configuration are clarified, I'm asking riders who register for my rides but need to cancel to inform me via E-mail as a fail-safe measure.
Also, a reminder: The Sat. ride to Village Drive In will not occur. Sat. rides will resume next week.
