Hi Monday Riders,

A Specialized handlebar end cap was found at the side of Panera's where many of your bikes were parked.  I have it and if yours, let me know so it can come home

Thanks to all of you that chatted with Jim Fair, our guest rider this morning.  I suspect we'll be seeing more of him after your warm welcome today.

Finally, the ride will be recorded as 34, not 33 as was noted at the top of the column as I didn't round off.

Hi, Monday Riders,

Looks like another hot one tomorrow late afternoon but only about 70 degrees at start time for our ride to Panera's in Folsom. Guessing we'll be in by 11:30-ish. It is a D ride so a little climbing after we come off the trail at Iron Point at about mile six including lower Iron Point to Broadstone, a little on Broadstone after Bidwell and a little on the Folsom bike trail for the longer version. We're all done with that by mile 11 and then you can look for flat and downhill. The four miles longer includes the Empire Ranch trail which is fun (usually pretty empty and flat)

As before any ride, hydrate today and remember those water bottles tomorrow.
