||This is the third of five hill training rides scheduled over ten weeks. On this ride you can choose from a warm up loop and five short to medium climbing routes. Riders can choose to do one or several or do one loop several times. Loop1 is a D5 with 530' of climbing, Loop 2 is a C7 with 621' of climbing, Loop 3 is a C8 with 750' of climbing and Loop 4 is a C10 with 860' of climbing. Every two weeks during this series a new and harder loop is added to the route selection. This week Loop 5, a B12 with 1,200' of climbing will be added.rnrnThis ride is not swept and riders are free to sign out after completing any or all of the available routes.
