||This is the first of five hill training rides scheduled over the next ten weeks. On this ride you can choose from a warm up loop and three short to medium climbing routes. Riders can choose to do one or several or do one loop several times. Loop 1 is a D5 with 530' of climbing, Loop 2 is a C7 with 621' of climbing and Loop 3 is a C8 with 750' of climbing. Every two weeks during this series a new and harder loop is added to the route selection.rnrnThis ride is not swept and riders are free to sign out after completing any or all of the available routes.
